Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. If your sprayer isn't what you hoped for, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once we receive the item back unused and in its original packaging, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or stops working, don't send anything back. Send us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a free replacement.

Add-ons

Priority Christmas Processing is only available with a sprayer purchase. Orders that contain only add-ons are cancelled and refunded automatically. Priority Christmas Processing is non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
